Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas


Make a sheet pan full of fajitas for a crowd with this easy and flavorful recipe combining chicken, peppers, onion, and a mix of seasonings... Quick and easy way to prepare homemade, flavorful fajitas for a crowd!

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strios
2 bell peppers, in any color, cu into thick strips
1 large onion, cut into thick strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packaged McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 375�F. Coat chicken, bell peppers and onion with oil and Seasoning Mix on a parchment paper-lined or foil-lined sheet pan. Spread chicken and vegetables out into an even single layer.

	Step 2: Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven for last 5 minutes to warm.

	Step 3: Serve with a platter of desired toppings so everyone can build their own fajitas.
